Robin Fisher Roffer
CEO, Chief Creative Officer
Brand strategist and storyteller, Robin Fisher Roffer leads an award-winning creative team adept at unearthing a brand’s mission, essence, and filter, its look, feel and tagline, market positioning, value proposition, and key messaging to both consumers and the trade.
Prior to running Big Fish, Robin was in at the beginning of TNT as Manager of Creative Services. Later, she would be promoted to Director of Advertising and Promotion for Turner Networks. During her tenure at Turner, Robin greenlit the campaign that turned CNN into The World’s News Leader. When she struck out on her own, Turner became her first client, and the rest is television history.
With a mission to guide people and companies to write, tell and live their greatest story, Robin has authored four books including Make A Name For Yourself, The Fearless Fish Out of Water, and Your No-Fear Career.
In addition, Robin is a sought-after screenwriter and scriptwriter of executive keynotes at companies such as AIG, BET, Comcast, FOX Sports, Mattel, Microsoft, Warner Bros. Discovery, Weather Channel, and Walmart. She is the writer of the first-ever keynote given at Sphere in Las Vegas by Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s CEO Antonio Neri and guest speaker, NVIDIA’s Founder & CEO Jensen Huang.
Peter Belsky

Designer Peter Belsky is a fully digital brand steward whose work spans web, video, film, presentations, and print. His award-winning projects have elevated powerhouse media brands such as FOX Networks, Food Network, HGTV, Discovery, Comcast, Turner Classic Movies, and more.
Beyond the screen, Peter has conceived and executed campaigns for Aesop, Tiffany & Co, Swarovski, Infiniti, Suburu, Pepsi, Sesame Street, and Sun Microsystems. From motion graphics for broadcast to identity pieces and advertising to promotional and industrial videos, Peter is adept at all aspects of design and sees every project through brilliantly from start to finish.
John Gibson

John Gibson is a well-known content creator with a diverse portfolio of work that comes to life on any platform. At Big Fish, John writes brand anthems, speeches, video scripts, and inspiring ‘north star’ narratives with actionable impact in every word. His mastery is in identifying and empowering the unique ‘voice’ of each client.
